Steak + Chili Crisp Eggs Over Rice

Season steak of choice with garlic salt and pepper. Heat a pan with a splash of neutral oil until hot, then cook steak to your desired doneness (medium is about 135–140°F internal). Remove steak from the pan and let it rest at least 5 minutes before slicing. Add a hefty amount of chili crisp to the skillet and let it get hot. Crack eggs right into it, season with salt and pepper, and top with green onions. Cook eggs to your liking (runny yolk is suggested). Serve the cooked steak and chili crisp eggs over rice, adding a little soy sauce if you want.
