Summer Garlic & Herb Compound Butter

1. Add the softened butter to a small bowl.
2. Mix in the garlic, parsley, basil, thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, flaky salt, black pepper, cayenne, and lemon zest until well combined.
3. Spoon the butter onto a piece of plastic wrap, roll into a log, and twist the ends tightly.
4. Refrigerate until firm, about 1–2 hours, or freeze for longer storage.
5. Slice and serve over steak, seafood, chicken, vegetables, potatoes, or warm bread, or melt it down for basting while grilling.
