Baked Chili Cheese Dog Sliders

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Prepare the rolls: Keep the rolls attached and place them in a baking dish. Using a sharp knife, cut a rectangle out of the center of each row of 3 rolls (just deep enough to hold the hot dogs), and gently press the bread down to create space.
3. Add condiments of your choice to the bottom of the cutout section.
4. Place hot dogs into each roll. Bun-length dogs cut in half fit perfectly.
5. Top with chili, spooning it evenly over each dog.
6. Add diced onions if desired.
7. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
8. Optional: Top some with sliced jalapeños for a spicy kick.
9. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
10. Serve warm—they’ll be toasty, cheesy, and full of flavor.
