A simple and comforting butter noodle dish made with pasta, butter, garlic, chicken bouillon, and Parmesan cheese, finished with parsley and a hint of lemon.
1. Get a pot of water going and toss in some chicken bouillon and sea salt. No need to measure—just add what feels right.
2. Boil your pasta according to the package. Right before you drain it, scoop out a cup of that pasta water and save it.
3. In the same pot, melt down a stick of butter.
4. Stir in a spoonful of minced garlic and a good sprinkle of garlic & herb seasoning. Let it bubble for a bit until it’s nice and fragrant.
5. Pour in that pasta water and bring it to a light simmer.
6. Toss your cooked pasta back in and stir it all up. Cut the heat.
7. Add in as much Parmesan as you like!
8. Finish it with some fresh parsley, a little squeeze of lemon juice, and a sprinkle of black pepper.
9. Taste it and tweak it how you like!
