Chicken Flautas - these were so close to the restaurant but the sauces didn't compare! I wouldn't buy the poblano or chipotle salsa again. They are just meh. The restaurant serves them with a creamy green dip so I thought it would've been similar but sadly it wasn't! Lol

Fill a large saucepan with about ¾ inch oil. Heat over medium heat to 375°F.

In a medium bowl, combine shredded rotisserie chicken, 2 tbsp taco seasoning, 2-4 oz chopped green chilies & a hand full of quesadilla cheese. MIX.

Spoon the chicken filling along the middle of each tortilla. Roll the tortillas tightly. (Optional: secure with a toothpick).

Working in batches, fry rolled tortillas in hot oil until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Use tongs to transfer tortillas to a paper towel-lined plate. Serve warm with toppings.
