Instructions

Crush 12 oz of cookies using a rolling pin or a food processor. Mix the crushed cookies with 1 stick of melted butter and press the mixture into a 13x9 dish to create the crust. Gently spread the cheesecake filling over the crust. Microwave the cookie butter in 20-second intervals until it is spreadable, then pour it over the cheesecake. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes until the cookie butter sets. Finally, add whipped topping and sprinkle the remaining cookies on top.
