Instructions

Crush 12 oz of Biscoff cookies using a rolling pin or a food processor. Mix the crushed cookies with 1 stick of melted Challenge Butter and press the mixture into a 13x9 dish to create the crust. Gently spread the no-bake cheesecake filling over the crust. Microwave the cookie butter in 20-second intervals until it is spreadable, then pour it evenly over the cheesecake filling. Refrigerate the dish for about 10 minutes until the cookie butter sets. Finally, add the whipped topping and sprinkle the remaining cookies (about 4 oz) on top for garnish.
