We all need quick meals this time of year, and this one comes together in about 30 minutes start to finish!! Crispy garlic butter bread, melty mozzarella, tangy goat cheese, pepperoni, and hot honey.. trust me, this combo is so good!
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a small bowl, mix softened butter, garlic, parsley, and Parmesan. Spread evenly over cut sides of French bread. Toast in oven for 5–6 minutes until lightly golden.
3. Brown sausage in a skillet and drain.
4. Spread sauce on toasted bread, sprinkle with mozzarella, then add pepperoni, sausage, and goat cheese.
5. Sprinkle with Garlic & Herb seasoning.
6. Bake 8–10 min until cheese melts and edges are crispy.
7. Drizzle with hot honey, top with cowboy candy if you like, slice & serve.
