Hamburger steak with onion gravy! Hamburger steaks: -2lbs ground beef -1 tbsp Britscookin Cajun seasoning -1/2 tbsp onion powder, garlic powder & black pepper -1/3 cup green onions -1 tbsp w sauce -1 tbsp steens syrup Gravy: -2 large onions sliced -2tsp Britscookin Cajun seasoning -1 packet beefy onion soup -3 cups no salt beef broth or water -1 tbsp flour Combine all the ingredients for the hamburger steaks in a bowl and shape them into patties. Brown both sides and then take them out of the skillet. Drain most of the grease. Cook sliced onions for 5 minutes. Sprinkle in onion soup and flour, mix well, then pour in broth and season with Cajun seasoning. Add the hamburger steaks and cook the gravy until it thickens. Serve with mashed potatoes.
