Sweet Potato Taco Bowls

1. Toss chopped sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic & herb seasoning. Air fry at 400°F for about 15 minutes, shaking halfway. 2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet, then stir in taco seasoning, Cajun seasoning, and water. Let it cook down. 3. For the pico de gallo, mix chopped tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. 4. Build your bowl! Start with crispy sweet potatoes, then add the beef and your favorite toppings.
